This is a military contracting company that makes an array of military and civilian supplies, such as bullet proof backpacks for children, MRE’s, bullet proof vest and etc. Below you will find a link to their website and the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) provided to the town. I advise people to become educated on this issue because there is a petition circulating that does not define what their real issue is with this company and them making Great Falls its headquarters, training and manufacturing home, which that petition is also below. Making educated decision is key in promoting growth and success for our community.

I have reviewed all the info I can locate on their plans for Great Falls. There are some things I like about their plan, which is the education center at Mill #3 that would give members of our community the ability to get a new trade skill. I like that they plan to try and hire local members of our community, as well as fix these locations up. I also like that they partnered with the Catawba Indian Nation.

I dislike the company being affiliated as a military contractor. They profit off of the dangers children face simply going to school with these bullet proof backpacks. I am not keen to the idea of them opening restaurants that the competition could force our local resident owners to lose money or possibly close up. I am also concerned about their environmental clause on liability, simply because they have chosen these buildings, know they are old, has plans to renovate, but that one clause could stick our town with a huge bill and they are not a company suffering in finances, so I don’t feel we should provide these buildings for free or accept liability for past companies lack of environmental clean up. Nor have they been specific on how they will dispose of toxic waste in our community because we don’t have a means to properly dispose of Round Up at this time, so this is an issue for me! If they want the buildings for free they should be liable for what they wanted!
