South Carolina is primarily a Republican state. A lot of folks are MAGA here in Great Falls, which makes the politics in this town extremely volatile and chaotic. Most of the politicians attempt to incorporate religion and yet they do not follow the basic tenants of the faith they proclaim, which is portrayed through their behaviors. If you want to evoke any religious tenant, you must be willing to mirror the teachings. Words are cheap, an individual’s actions and behavior says what their true religion is and there is no doubt in my mind, that the majority of those serving this community in a political manner, are not of any positive religious tenant, but something very dark and ugly in its very core nature.

I believe it’s important to share this behavior because I want the chaos, the turmoil, the violence, the intimidation and all the other ugliness to stop. While the natural beauty is this town’s calling, the politics prevent this town from growth. Some may say, this site is also preventing its growth, but I’m going to disagree. I believe putting ignorant behavior on display is going to stop that behavior and that’s my goal. As a resident, it’s exhausting just trying to live a normal life here because everyone knows everyone. It’s a small community, small enough that people should be able to be civil to one another and kind to each other, but at the time of this writing, this community is filled with hate, violence and a desire to destroy others for no reason other than a disagreement or a question regarding the politics of this town.

Before I get started on behaviors, I want to share what I think would be of great benefit to our local officials. Some claim they have done this training, but I’m not convinced, so I want to have it listed so that people can see our local representatives have the ability to get educated properly to govern our town.
